In addition to certain guarantees provided by law Easy Expunctions guarantees your satisfaction with our products, services, and support. We are the only online document provider that focuses on improving individual’s reputations through criminal record clearing. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, services, or support, please contact us immediately and we will work hard to correct the situation. If we cannot reasonably remedy the situation and/or fail to offer a reasonable accommodation to you within 14 days, we may provide you with a refund, or offer you credit to be used on future Easy Expunctions orders, based on the circumstances of the situation and in the sole discretion of Easy Expunctions.
1. Errors contained in the documents you purchase from us (“Document Package”) that may not be amended, remedied or revised, and that cause your Petition to be denied by the Court.
2. That you shall receive the results of your Eligibility Report™ before the close of the business day immediately following your purchase. Easy Expunctions may not identify all charges and/or criminal cases associated with an individual. It is the responsibility of the customer to alert Easy Expunctions of any arrest, offense, or criminal case that is missing from your Eligibility Report™. If Easy Expunctions is not able to identify and, confirm, and include the arrest, offense or criminal case on your Eligibility Report™, after conducting additional research then you are entitled to a 100% refund of your Eligibility Report™ purchase price.
3. The accuracy and correctness of your record clearing Document Package. In the event that a court of appropriate jurisdiction rules you were not eligible to file your Petition and this results in your Petition being denied, Easy Expunctions will refund you 100% of your purchase price plus any money you paid to government entities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties with a role in processing your order. If you are otherwise eligible to file your Document Package except for the expiration of the statute of limitations or the completion of a waiting period, you shall not be entitled to a refund of any of your purchase price unless the Document Package is ultimately unsuccessful, after completion of the waiting period or expiration of the statute of limitations Easy Expunctions reserves the right to amend any document to comply with a Court’s request before providing any refund if the amendment could resolve the issue.
Refunds based on a customer’s failure to: provide requested information in a timely manner, provide updated contact information, comply with any conditions imposed by the Court as a prerequisite for obtaining post-conviction relief, failure to pay all fines and restitution and fees, failure to take required courses or other programs, failure to provide Easy Expunctions with accurate and complete information are excluded.
Easy Expunctions does not control the court calendar. A request for record clearing must be approved by the court of appropriate jurisdiction. Any delay caused by the court does not entitle a customer to a refund. In addition, should the court reject a request or deny a petition for expungement for any reason, Easy Expunctions, at its sole discretion, may re-apply as many times as it deems necessary in order to obtain relief. No refunds will be issued during any reapplication period.
Easy Expunctions is not responsible for delays that are caused by third parties that Easy Expunctions may rely on to deliver our products and services to individuals. For example, a Court Clerk that requires several weeks to locate an archived case record may delay the document generation process or Eligibility Report™ process.
Easy Expunctions does not guarantee successful petitions or the ability to regain gun rights, gain employment, maintain employment or housing, or other relief anticipated based on a successful petition. A customer who obtains postconviction record clearing relief with Easy Expunctions, but is unable to obtain gun rights, is denied employment, or terminated from customer’s employment, or is unable to obtain some other anticipated relief, is not entitled to a refund.
Easy Expunctions focuses solely on post-arrest record clearing relief through the court of appropriate jurisdiction. Easy Expunctions also notifies publicly available databases for customers who purchase an Eliminator. However, a customer is not entitled to a refund on the basis that a publicly available website continues to show an arrest record, or that the information on a third party or public database shows the conviction. Easy Expunctions does not control these sites and beyond notifying the sites of their legal obligation to remove the information there is no other action Easy Expunctions will take on behalf of a customer.
Easy Expunctions is not responsible for a customer’s failure to provide accurate or complete information. Any denial or failure to receive record clearing that is due to client’s failure to provide accurate or complete information is not eligible for a refund.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that a court where you file your Document Package will conclude that granting your petition is in the “best interests of justice” or the “public interest”, depending on the jurisdiction, because this is a subjective factor and is completely outside of the control of Easy Expunctions. Easy Expunctions’ money back guarantee does not apply if a court denies record clearing for reasons unrelated to the quality and accuracy of the Document Package we provide. In some cases, a government backlog can lead to long delays before your process is complete. Similarly, Easy Expunctions does not guarantee the results or outcomes of the services you contract with an attorney to provide. Problems like these are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee.
Since we're dedicating time and effort to your document preparation, our guarantee only covers satisfaction issues caused by Easy Expunctions - not changes to your situation or your state of mind, unless you notify us within twenty-four (24) hours of the time you make your purchase. If more than twenty-four (24) hours have elapsed from the time you made your purchase then you are not entitled to a refund unless your reason for requesting the refund of your purchase price is covered by the 100% Money- Back Guarantee.
If you're not satisfied, please call us at 888-524-0280 during our normal business hours. All requests made under this guarantee must be made within twenty-four (24) hours of being provided your product. We will process your request within 5 business days after we have received all of the documents and materials sent by you. Unfortunately, we can't refund or credit any money paid to government entities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties with a role in processing your order unless the filing fees were associated with a filing that was ultimately unsuccessful that qualifies for a refund under the 100% Money Back Guarantee. We also cannot refund any money paid by you directly to certain third parties, such as payments made by you directly to an attorney if you decided to hire an attorney to file your Document Package for you.
If you want to exchange the product you purchased for a different one, you must request this exchange and complete your replacement order within sixty (60) days of purchase.Any customer requesting a refund for any other reason (i.e. change of heart, decision to use another provider) will not be entitled to a refund. Once a record clearing Document Package has been filed, no refund will be issued that is not eligible under the Money Back Guarantee. In addition, no refund will be issued for delays caused by the court or other governing body. In certain circumstances, where Easy Expunctions has not yet filed the record clearing Document Package, and a request for a refund is made, Easy Expunctions, at its sole discretion, may decide to refund the customer. In such, situations, Easy Expunctions will retain all credit card and other bank processing fees associated with the processing and return. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear on any bank or credit card statement after being processed.
