Easy Expunctions is looking for a Public Relations Specialist to help us grow our in-house content team to bring ee to life. As the public relations specialist, you will be tasked with narrating Easy Expunctions continual growth and expansion. You will have strong media relations, writing skills, and an investment in your continual improvement and development. You will oversee developing and executing organic and sponsored storytelling opportunities.
Establish and document media relations policies and procedures.
Coordinate media opportunities.
Develop, run and own PR campaigns that span all genres of media.
Prepare and distribute opinion articles and press releases for the media.
Provide content production support to marketing team, including the creation of stories, blogs, newsletters, and other content.
Identify publications, reporters and bloggers that are relevant to easy expunctions
Identify and pursue good speaking opportunities and guest podcast appearances.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive relations
Strong project management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and milestones
Understanding of the PR process and how to secure media coverage
A proven track record of impressive media results.
Affinity for staying on top of industry trends
Ability to work both independently and as part of multiple teams.
A bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, or a related field.
1+ years of full-time work experience in PR and/or media relations, in an agency setting.
