The Customer Success Manager is one of the most critical roles at Easy Expunctions. The CSM is responsible for ensuring that our customers are guided through the filing and approval process seamlessly. This role is a nice combination of customer service and administration, perfect for a well-organized and efficient people person. Works closely with colleagues in different departments to ensure a seamless and memorably great experience for our customers. The Customer Success Manager must welcome change and adeptly adapt processes as a result of the constant evolution of our startup world.

Responsibilities

Having a burning desire to enhance customer experience.

Provide exceptional customer service that goes above and beyond to ensure complete customer satisfaction

Set, complete, and document tasks on the company’s CRM (Salesforce) to ensure customers receive all necessary and helpful updates and follow-ups.

Log effective notes from phone calls that allow for transparency on customers account to be able to come back to and easily understand.

Respond to all post-package purchase customer questions via phone, email, and text.

Elicit positive public reviews and referrals due to the impressive service you provide.

Seek customer feedback and recommend internal changes to improve the customer experience and increase revenue.

Work closely with the entire Delivery Team to ensure successful delivery of Easy Expunctions products.

Communicate with the Sales Team to ensure a smooth post-sale transition.


Qualifications and Attributes:

Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are a must.

Account Management: Experience managing customer relationships.

Exemplary organization and time-management skills.

Flexibility and ability to thrive in small company settings.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
